Self Defense Dorks: Video of the Day

These guys have mastered the art of self defense since their early years in grade school. Notable moves covered include, knee sweeps, takedowns with your glasses, proper choking defense techniques, how to pull hair to your advantage and ball flurries. My personal favorite falls in the section titled "Attacks From The Guard" where an attacker has knocked you to the ground and you spin in circles kicking like a little bitch in an attempt to thwart your opponent.
